Liquid Waste Treatment

Characteristics of the Condensed Water
- CODcr 10,000~15,000 PPM, NH3-N 500~1,500 PPM
- Contains a high concentration of organic solvents, VOCs, and ammonia

Chemical treatment (Pre-treatment)
- Removal of SS, oil, heavy metals (simple coagulation precipitation)
- Control pH for the evaporator efficiency

Evaporative concentration
- Removal of most of pollutants except VOC, low boiling point substance
- The general operating pH zone is alkali, then the condensed water contains high concentrations of ammonia.

STRIP SYSTEM
- COD removal rate is 40~60%
- T-N removal rate is 90%

Biological treatment
- Removal of residual COD and T-N through nitrification and denitrification
- For reducing the space, we recommend MBR or TUBULAR System

Chemical treatment (Post-treatment)
- Removal of residual COD and T-N by AOP treatment

[Patent] Method of removing nitrogen from hardly decomposable nitrogenous waste water
